1 cup V8® Veggie Blends Healthy Greens, chilled 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (from 1 small lemon) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
What to do:
1) Add the V8, pineapple, avocado, chia seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice and ginger to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. 2) Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
