1 pkg. (6 1/2 oz.) pizza crust mix 1/2 c. chopped, marinated sun-dried tomatoes 1/4 c. chopped fresh Italian parsley, basil and/or oregano (or 1 Tbsp. dried Italian herbs) 1 pkg. (16 oz.) shredded Wisconsin Italian cheese blend
What to do:
1. Heat oven to 400° F. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. On cookie sheet, shape into 4 individual pizzas. Top pizza crust with sun-dried tomatoes. 2. In medium bowl, mix herbs with cheese blend; sprinkle 1/2 c. mixture on each pizza. Bake for 20 to 25 min. or until crust is brown.
