4 eggs 2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. rice flour 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 c. coconut
What to do:
1. Blend all ingredients except coconut on high for 1-2 min. Add 1 cup of Coconut. Blend again in the blender for 10 sec. 2. Butter and flour 10" deep dish pie pan. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle a little more coconut on the top. 3. Bake at 350°F for 45 min.
