12 oz. large peeled warm water prawns 1oz. unsalted butter 1/2 tsp. Thai spice seasoning parsley to garnish
What to do:
1. In a microwavable dish melt the butter on High for 30 sec. Add the prawns. Sprinkle with Thai spice. Cover and cook on High for 1-1 1/2min. Garnish with parsley. Serve as a starter with naan bread.
